Welcome to the recipe that proves I eat something besides sweets! There’s nothing I love more than cooking from the farmers’ market, and we’re approaching the best time of the year to eat, as my Mammaw would have said. Though it might be a bit early for corn, I can all but guarantee there’s kale, herbs, garlic and onions at the market closest to you, so go forth and patronize your farmers!
